Available for lunch and early dinner, guests are invited to select from three exquisite dim sum baskets, followed by a choice of main course and dessert.

Each basket reveals a trio of steamed dumplings. Choose from one, two or three stacked layers to begin your feast, featuring signatures such as Lotus Blossom Dim sum with lotus root, water chestnut & carrot, Prawn & Chive Dumplings with bamboo shoot and fresh chives, and BBQ Pork Bao with homemade char siu sauce, iberico pork.
