A discreet dining experience, MiMi Mei Fair opened its doors in London in 2021, showcasing authentic yet innovative Chinese dishes inspired by Empress MiMi’s travels across Hong Kong, Singapore, and the provinces of mainland China, particularly Sichuan, Fujian, and Hunan. A marriage of Oriental stylings and rich food heritage, MiMi Mei Fair quickly became a one-of-a- kind Chinese culinary and sensory experience in the heart of Mayfair.
At MiMi Mei Fair, every visit offers a unique dining experience, with a menu designed to be shared. Guests can explore signature dishes like the Xiao Long Jewels—a variety of soup dumplings filled with chicken, chili crab, king prawn, purple yam, and pork. For a standout main, the Apple Wood-Fired Roasted Peking Duck, carved tableside and served with homemade pancakes, and condiments, with an optional caviar upgrade for an extra touch of luxury. Other highlights include a trio of dishes that showcase the freshness of live native lobster—steamed with homemade pickled chili, braised with noodles, and wok-fried to perfection. These signature dishes, crafted with the finest ingredients and utmost care, invite guests to indulge in an extraordinary culinary journey that celebrates both the artistry of Chinese cuisine and the joy of shared experiences.
Soon to be launching, MiMi Mei Fair Dubai is a continuation of Empress MiMi’s enchanting travels from Imperial China, as she made her way to her home away from home in Mayfair. Within her new residence, her legacy of preserving cherished Chinese culinary traditions is reimagined with a cosmopolitan touch, seamlessly merging the grandeur of imperial China with the modern vibrancy of Dubai.
