At The Moon Bar, elegance meets mystery. Led by Bar Manager Jeet Verma, The Moon Bar’s curated cocktail menu captures the moon’s enchantment, fusing Asian flavours with cutting-edge techniques. Signature drinks such as the refreshing ‘Blossom Spritz’—a harmonious blend of sake, Saint Germaine, lychee, and champagne—and the vibrant ‘Lantern Margarita’ featuring tomato & chilli jam, umeshu, and yuzu, promise a sensory delight alongside delectable appetizers, including the iconic Peking Duck Bao, Wasabi Prawns, and a variety of exquisite Dim Sum
