Available for lunch and early dinner, guests are invited to select from three exquisite dim sum baskets, followed by a choice of main course and dessert.

Each basket reveals a trio of steamed dumplings. Choose from one, two or three stacked layers to begin your feast, featuring signatures such as Lotus Blossom Dumplings with edamame, asparagus and water chestnut, Sambal Crab Meat Dumplings with hand-picked crab, and Peking Duck Bao with house-made hoisin sauce.
