Widely celebrated as a pinnacle of culinary artistry, MiMi Mei Fair’s Apple Wood Roasted Peking Duck represents the epitome of Chinese fine dining. Roasted over fragrant applewood to achieve perfectly crisp skin and succulent meat, this signature dish is now available in both full and half portions—ideal for every occasion, from indulgent dinners to refined sharing experiences.
Carved tableside using a masterful technique developed by our chefs, this delicacy locks in flavours that delight with every bite. Served with freshly steamed pancakes, thinly sliced cucumber, spring onions, raw cane sugar, and our house-made hoisin sauce, every element has been curated to provide a harmonious balance of flavours and textures.
