The centerpiece of our Sunday Roast is the signature Apple Wood-Fired Roasted Peking Duck, a spectacle of culinary mastery. In the opulent Library Room, watch as our chefs expertly carve the duck at a live station. Delicate, crispy skin and succulent roasted duck are then served with handmade pancakes and an array of flavorful condiments, elegantly presented at your table.
Enhance your experience with a luxurious Caviar Supplement (30g), choosing between Oscietra or Beluga Caviar. Accompanying the duck are an array of exquisite sides, including Classic Egg Fried Rice with shredded roasted duck and spring onions, Crispy Glazed Chang Sah Potatoes with honey, chili, and sesame, and Baby Pak Choi sautéed with garlic—each dish crafted to complement this indulgent feast.
To conclude the Easter Sunday feast, enjoy the limited-edition Silken Blossom dessert—an exquisite white chocolate egg filled with vanilla mousse and raspberry confit, offering the perfect sweet finale that will leave you craving more.
