As we bring you a menu of Empress MiMi’s revered culinary recipes collected from her travels mainland China, Hong Kong & Singapore.

Leading the kitchen is Chinese-Singaporean Executive Chef Peter Ho, whose traditional techniques and diverse roots, has helped create an authentic and innovative menu apt for sharing and feasting.

With an array of contemporary Chinese dishes from across Hong Kong, Singapore and mainland China, our menu reflects Empress MiMi’s travels as she made her way to her secluded London residence.
