Guests begin their meal with the refreshing Cold Cucumber with sesame seeds and soya, and the aromatic Lantern Chicken, laced with Sichuan peppercorns, cashew nuts, spring onions and dried chilli. For dim sum lovers, the Selection of Seafood Dim Sum offers a delectable medley of har gau, scallop, and octopus siu mei as a burst of flavour to start the meal.
At the heart of the experience lies the Apple Wood-Fired Roasted Peking Duck – a signature masterpiece served in two courses – crispy duck skin served traditionally with brown sugar, followed by tender hand-carved duck and expertly-rolled pancakes. It’s accompanied by indulgent sides including Classic Egg Fried Rice with shredded roasted duck, Braised ‘Trio’ of Mushroom with sweet basil soy, and Baby Pak Choi sautéed with garlic. Guests can further elevate their meal with a Caviar Supplement (30g), choosing between Oscietra Caviar (AED 550) or Beluga Caviar (AED 1050).
To conclude the feast, diners are treated to the Passion Fruit Cheesecake (supplement of AED 62), a luscious dessert made with cream cheese, meringue and a ginger crust, topped with passion fruit caviar, ending the meal on a perfectly indulgent note.
