Inspired by the vibrant kitchens of Guangzhou and Hong Kong, our Taste of Tradition menu reimagines the art of Cantonese feasting with a seasonal twist.

This Chinese New Year, MìMì Meì Faìr welcomes the Year of the Snake with a celebration of wisdom, transformation and prosperity. From the 14th of January to the 12th of February, our venue transforms into a festive haven adorned with lanterns, vibrant blooms and a
symbolic wishing tree.

Our bespoke culinary menu begins with the Dim Sum ‘Basket of Wealth’, symbolising abundance, alongside the bold flavours of Steamed XO Okra and Crispy Glazed Chang Sah Prawns.

For mains, savour dishes like the Pan-Seared Scallop with Sichuan red chili, vibrant Singapore Chili Prawns, and tender Diced Black Pepper Beef Tenderloin Fillet, or the indulgent Steamed XO Okra, Braised ‘Trio’ of Mushroom, and Mala Spicy Tofu.

End on a sweet note with the Serpent’s Treasure, a decadent chocolate mousse with raspberry compote, and toast the new year with our signature Forbidden Elixir, a cocktail blending Belvedere vodka, baijiu and lychee.
