Our Coco-Mango Vegan Sundae with toasted coconut flakes, fresh mango and coconut caramel is a match made in heaven with Castelnau de Suduiraut, a flavoursome spicy yet sweet wine from Bordeaux.

The Bittersweet Almond Tart with Asian pear sorbet is perfectly paired with a glass of Tokaji Edes Szamorodn. The Tokaji's elegant bitterness and minerality will balance out the sweetness, making for a truly memorable dining experience.
