Launching on the 1st of May, in honour of a beloved lunchtime tradition, Baskets in Bloom offers an original perspective on the age-old ritual that has lasted for many generations. Reminisce over old memories and recount new stories over a table full of bespoke hand-crafted bamboo steamers with luxurious tasselled details, hand-painted in signature colours of the House of Mimi Mei Fair.

Every layer reveals a single steamed dumpling including a Canadian scallop dumpling with bamboo shoot, prawn and asparagus and a crystal morel dumpling with bamboo pith. Choose to continue with either Sichuan Suffolk corn-fed chicken and cashew nuts or Clay pot black bean aubergine with sides of olive fried rice and crunchy seasonal vegetables.
Paired with our selection of options from our bespoke Chinese tea menu, such as High Mountain Oolong, White Elixir or Ceylon Orange Pekoe; or mark the occasion with a glass of NV Alfred Gratien Brut champagne, enjoy our thoughtfully crafted parcels of joy and
feast on our signature favourites.
